Refund Policy – Nigma Streamz IPTV

Our store offers refunds on digital products/services under certain conditions. However, we strongly recommend that you try a trial before making a purchase.

The Med Internationale store offers refunds ONLY under these conditions:

Conditions:

  • We will issue a full refund only for purchases made within less than 24 hours. After 24 hours, no full refund can be granted.
  • All other refund requests will be partially refunded based on the subscription period used, ONLY if there was an issue on our end that we could not resolve within 72 hours. The Med Internationale support team will contact users in all refund cases.

We will not issue any refund or partial refund if:

  • The customer did not like the channel list.
  • The customer found another service.
  • The customer refuses to apply the solutions we offer if they encounter a problem.

How long does it take to get a refund?

  • If you paid by credit card, refunds are generally processed, and the funds are returned to the customer’s debit card or bank account within 20 to 31 business days.
  • However, in some cases, refund processing may take longer, up to 90 days. We are not responsible for these delays. We are not the payment provider; we are simply the IPTV service provider.
  • Each refund generally takes between 20 and 90 business days, and we have no control over reducing this timeframe. Our payment processors handle refund requests. We will do our best to refund all users immediately after reviewing the request and verifying the user’s information.

If some channels freeze, buffer, or do not work at times:

Although almost all our servers are stable, sometimes certain channels may freeze or not work for various reasons, but this is not permanent. Our expert engineers are always working to fix them.

Most of the time, these issues are temporary and caused by the following reasons:

  • Customer’s internet fluctuations.
  • Issues with the setup of the box/application/customer configuration.
  • Your ISP has a problem.
  • The channel is down from the server.
  • The customer changed their mind and wanted to switch between servers.
  • Server update/restart on our end (necessary for weekly performance).

If the user/customer cannot watch their IPTV subscription plan for more than 72 hours due to a server issue or any other problem caused by us, we will fully refund the package price or add all the lost time for free in addition to your subscription. + An extra bonus that we can negotiate together.
